  • Assist, coordinate, and evaluate indirect services associated with Lifetouch Field offices/studios/hubs.
  • Collaborate with key company employees to determine specific product and service needs and facilitate orders while adhering to company purchasing policies.
  • Provide support on the Lifetouch fleet, for all owned and leased vehicles. Maintain database, answer general inquiries and assist with disposition efforts.
  • Provide assistance to all company employees with issues and concerns related to all aspects of corporate travel and Concur booking questions.
  • Develop strong relationships with business partners and suppliers.
  • Assist the indirect team with cost savings initiatives specific to assigned categories.
  • Assist with field real estate endeavors related to moving, closing, or opening offices, including but not limited to Conga lease entry, utility start-up/shut down, and obtaining COI\xe2\x80\x99s.
  • Provide support with Conga database entries.
  • Executes PREQ., purchase orders and Apptus contracts.
  • Subject matter expert (SME) for indirect procurement in SAP and Ariba for Canada.
  • Continuous improvement support for Supply Chain projects.
  • Backup for multiple areas of Supply Chain.
The Skills You\xe2\x80\x99ll Bring:
  • High school diploma; advanced education with emphasis on purchasing, supply chain or facilities.
  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities, supply chain, lease administration and/or paralegal or property management fields.
  • Well-developed communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Good analytical skills for problem solving.
  • High level attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, ERP Systems.
