The

Procurement Manager

is responsible for ensuring the dealership has the right parts, equipment, and services available to support sales, service, and operations -- at the best value, quality, and timing. This role plays a key part in maintaining up time for customers, supporting profitability, and strengthening supplier relationships across all dealership locations.

Accountabilities:

Ensure Parts Growth Program meets expectations and Dealer Score Points are maximized. Lead / coach the procurement team. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors. Negotiate advantageous terms and conditions for ECI. Track inventory value, turn ratio, and sales. Work International DIA system to ensure proper stocking levels and align with parts growth. Present opportunities for improvement. Inform parts managers and warehouse staff on trailer loads and large transfers. Place and combine direct ship orders for all stores and track outstanding orders. Prioritize transferring inventory before purchasing from vendors. Analyze part sales trends and identify opportunities. Weekly and monthly review of parts flyer and transfer and purchase items as required. Monitor the must-have list with Managers.
