Our Reflective Products Division is an innovative manufacturer of high-quality reflective insulation and radiant barrier products for commercial and residential applications designed to reduce energy consumption. We are the market leaders in North America in the niche segment reflective insulation business. You will find our products in the building material aisles of Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, and other big home hardware retailers. Responsibilities include
:
Procurement & Operations
: Manage day-to-day purchasing activities for raw materials, films, foils, adhesives, and packaging components. Maintain accurate ERP/MRP data, including safety stocks, lead times, and reorder points, to ensure uninterrupted supply. Review and approve purchase orders, ensuring alignment with production requirements and inventory targets. Coordinate with Planning, Operations, and Finance teams to balance cost, delivery, and efficiency objectives.
Supplier Management
: Oversee supplier performance, ensuring quality, pricing consistency, and on-time delivery. Support supplier consolidation and strategic sourcing initiatives across Balcan divisions (e.g., Shrink Film, Labels, Tapes). Work with suppliers to qualify new materials (e.g., woven, METPET, aluminum foil) and develop alternate sourcing options. Collaborate ongoing trials and supplier evaluations, maintaining accurate documentation and communication with all stakeholders.
Cost & Strategy
: Monitor market trends, metal (foil) pricing, and LME fluctuations to anticipate cost impacts. Support cost analysis and price benchmarking for major raw materials. Drive value improvement initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities through negotiation and process optimization.
Workflow & Compliance
: Maintain standardized procurement workflows, documentation, and reporting processes. Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and ethical sourcing standards. Provide regular updates on key metrics (e.g., cost savings, supplier performance, supply risk) to management.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field (asset)
Minimum 5 years of progressive purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing or packaging.
Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and purchasing analytics (Excel proficiency required).
Demonstrated experience managing suppliers for films, foils, and adhesives.
Proven negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across internal and external teams.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
