We are seeking a junior to intermediate
Procurement & Logistics Coordinator
to join our team in Saint John, NB. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and multitasking skills. This individual will play a key role in managing and supporting construction projects, procurement and communication with stakeholders - you'll be central to keeping our process operating optimally.
Candidates who can demonstrate specific experience in construction, coordination, project management, project administration, and project procurement (or some of these duties) are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to product standards by arranging for delivery of materials and while ensuring quality standards are met.
Assist with procurement and order fulfillment activities.
Communicate daily with project teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure milestones are met.
Ensure that clients are satisfied with the products and services provided, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner.
Estimate freight costs and support estimation team as required.
Support both field and office operations with logistics and administrative duties.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education as Technologist or Engineer (technical field) considered an asset but not required.
Strong leadership and team working skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of architectural specialty products and industry is an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project), project management software (Procore), CAD software.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks while tracking deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills English and French
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
