Precision Well Servicing is currently seeking a Procurement Administrator to join our team!This position to be based out of our Red Deer facility. Our teams have returned to our office facilities, and remote work is not available for this role.What will you do?

• Responsible for day-to-day processing of purchase order requests from creation through to completion
• Adheres to policies and procedures surrounding spending limits, approval allowances and receiving processes
• Review and process receiving documents in accordance with Precision\'s policies and procedures
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure the smooth processing of the company\'s transactions
• Communicate with Field Employees and Vendors on a daily basis

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Procurement related role

• Experience creating purchase orders; previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX is an asset

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and data accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent

The Precision Well Servicing team is responsible for well completions, workovers, and abandonments. We use a variety of service rigs that are suited to each scope of work. The wells are located in the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin which includes Northern BC, Northwest Territories, Alberta and Saskatchewan.We thank all candidates for their interest in Precision Well Servicing.
