The Opportunity: Procom is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Client Services Onboarding Specialist. Reporting to the Client Specialist - Team Lead, the Client Services Onboarding Specialist is responsible for overseeing and administering the full onboarding and contractor management lifecycle for contractors on assignment with one or more clients and resolving any normal issues that may arise. They will possess full understanding and will be able to perform or backup all duties listed in this job description.   • Develop an expert level understanding of Procom?s Contractor Management business rules processes and guidelines, and ensure compliance across all tasks and interactions
  • Manage and perform all activities related to the client/consultant onboarding and renewal process accurately while complying with internal policy and ISO management standards
  • Support a positive experience for Client and Consultant Stakeholders as a first point of contact for typical interactions, including user coaching, problem resolution, billing/payment oversight and issues management for Client(s)
  • Review engagements for compliance and classification issues, including legal status classification, overtime, health & safety requirements and other risk factors
  • Create and review consultant and client documents, paperwork and legal agreements for accuracy, compliance and completeness
  • Schedule communications to contractors with regards to payment processing, timesheet submission deadlines, extensions, terminations and general client policies
  • Monitor and co-ordinate payroll feeds and exception lists with accounting department - responsible for ensuring consultants are paid in a timely manner
  • Prepare and monitor a variety of internal and/or external reports to evaluate the health of the Contractor management process and proactively spot problems
  • Complete all tasks related to ?End of Contract? activities, such as consultant renewals, preparing contract expiry notifications and recording contract terminations in the contract management system
  • Ensure accurate completion of the off-boarding and return of property requirements
Qualifications:
  • Preference for staffing industry experience onboarding contractors in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a customer service or sales support role
  • Demonstrated capability to learn and fully manage medium to high complexity administrative tasks on an independent basis
  • Knowledgeable of MS Office 365 ? Specifically Outlook, MS Teams and SharePoint
  • Ability to handle pressure in a calm manner and deal with all various levels of internal and external clients
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong commitment to excellent customer service
  • Ability to prioritize high-volume workflow and meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information
