\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8bPosition Title: Process TrainerPosition Type: Regular - Full-Time \xe2\x80\x8bPosition Location: CoaldaleGrade: Scale 11Requisition ID: 29780\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8bSummary: On-the-Job Operator Training as well as support for additional site training and improvement initiatives as required and determined by Training Manager.Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

• Deliver needed production-related trainings to ensure proficiency in process areas.
• Delivery, coordination, monitoring, and assessment of all operators OJT (On-the-Job Training) occurring in the assigned area.
• Create, maintain and review new training materials, SOPs, & operator assessments.
• Incorporate Global BOP\'s in the training process including yearly equipment audits as required.
• Deliver new Technical services documentation and training.
• Development, maintenance and continuously improve training outlines, documentation, SOP based training materials, data, tools, evaluation/assessment materials and processes.
• Delivery of other training initiatives (e.g. GMP, Safety, new hire orientation, forklift, fall arrest etc.) as determined and assigned by the Training Manager.
• Planning and scheduling of employee training.
• Ensure the maintenance, integrity and accuracy of training records.
• Conduct cross functional meetings to ensure training plans are communicated and executed properly.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to trainees while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Work with employees to expand skill level, confidence and understanding.
• Provide support in other areas of production as required.
• Support all MDI initiatives.
• Assist in all production developments including new equipment upgrades.
• Participation in safety initiatives (e.g. JHSC)
• Other related duties as assigned.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Competencies)

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• Must be qualified in at least 2 operator\'s positions.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize and complete tasks with a keen sense of urgency.
• Excellent organization, time management, oral and written communication skills.
• Good training and presentation abilities.
• Training experience is an asset.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• A strong team player while being collaborative in cross functional teams.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction.

Physical Requirements

• Some heavy and/or repetitive lifting (up to 40lbs) for on the job training purposes.
• Position is 75% sedentary.
• Ability to walk in the plant 10-25% of the time.
