Position: Process Technician (Injection Molding)
Location: Montreal (applicants from Ottawa and Gatineau are welcome to apply if open to relocating)
Salary: Flexible according to experience + full benefits
Shift: Monday to Friday, day shift, 40 hours/week, flexible hours
A well-established manufacturing company in Montreal is currently seeking an experienced Process Technician in Injection Molding to join their team in Montreal.
If you have a background as a Process Technician and in injection molding, this is an excellent opportunity for you!

In this role, you will:
- Report directly to the production manager
- Optimize the process of the machines
- Initiate, adjust and improve the efficiency of the machines - working closely with the manager
- Oversee the whole cycle of the injection molding machines
- Troubleshooting and resolving process issues that arise
- Assist in the production and molding of new products
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in injection molding
- Experience in the plastic industry
- Education relevant to plastic, injection molding, or a relevant technical field is preferred
- Bilingualism to support clients across Canada
