We're looking for a Product and Process Development Co-op Student to join our Operations team based in the 2777 Kingsway office in Vancouver, BC. This is an 8-month full-time contract starting in January 2026.

Job Overview:

The objective of the Product and Process Development Co-op Student is to support our Product and Process Development Team in the investigation, analysis, design, and implementation of new and existing products and processes to enhance operational efficiencies, quality, and minimize waste.



You will have the opportunity to:



Follow Recipes to produce high quality samples Keep Product development logs and record data associated with operating equipment Perform observations and collect data on R&D and Production test runs (Products/Equipment) to enable analysis and identification of improvement opportunities Document Process Changes and training production staff affected by the change. Operate various lab/production equipment/instruments and perform regular maintenance procedures Receive, inspect and keep an inventory of R&D ingredients, Equipment and tools Provide feedback and support for continuous improvement of processes and projects

You will be a good fit if you:



Are enrolled in post-secondary programs such as Food Engineering, Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, Food Science and Technology, or other program related to Food manufacturing Have availability for at least 8 months Have strong analytical, problem-solving skills and communication skills Are Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Understand the Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement methodologies
