Your Role in the Craft of Quality



Operate advanced manufacturing lines with elegance and precision Perform meticulous quality checks -- from torque to weight to visual inspection Ensure component accuracy, batch alignment, and aesthetic perfection Support line changeovers and product introductions with confidence Execute Clean, Inspect, Lubricate (CIL) routines with discipline and pride Collaborate with cross-functional partners to uphold ELC's highest standards Log and track key data points -- because every number tells a story Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and 5S -- continuous improvement is part of our DNA

What You Bring to the Table



A high school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or technical production An eye for detail and deep respect for precision The ability to stand for long periods and lift to 35 lbs. safely English fluency in reading, writing, and verbal communication Familiarity with basic computer tools (email, Excel, digital reporting systems)

Pay Range:



Anticipated Hourly Range $18.00 to $18.90 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget). In addition, The Estee Lauder Companies offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. In addition, the Company maintains highly competitive incentive compensation programs (role eligibility may vary based on terms of the respective plan(s)).


You may be eligible to participate in the applicable Commission/Bonus Plan, under the plan guidelines in effect at the time of hire. Additional details regarding the commission plan will be provided as part of your onboarding.
