The Process Engineer in Training will report to the Senior Process Innovation Engineer in the corporate Engineering, Technology & Capital group, as well as the Chief Metallurgical Engineer on site during assignments.
At Nutrien, permanent Engineer in Training candidates are assigned a site rotation at one of the 6 Saskatchewan potash sites, with each rotation lasting for 12-18-months before moving to a new site for the next rotation. The expectation for permanent rotational EIT position to last 2-5 years, at which time the Engineer in Training is expected to apply for full-time jobs outside of rotational program as they arise
