General ManagementPromotes and supports the health & safety program.Develops process control, testing and sampling techniques necessary to control mill processes.Reviews operating reports and recommend solutions to any deviations from control targets. Provide direct assistance in implement solutions when required.Policies, Procedures and ControlsEvaluates new or existing processes and equipment to further optimize production, quality and costs.AuditEnsures internal and external customer specifications are met or exceeded.What you must have:This position requires a diploma or degree in Science with 3 years experience in kraft pulp milling.Good interpersonal skills, comfortable in a team environment and interacting with others.Excellent written, verbal, listening and troubleshooting skills.A record of safety and environmental compliance.Knowledge of root cause analysis.Salary/Rate Range: $110,000 xe2x80x93 $115,000For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
