Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality. This role requires a strong foundation in engineering principles and hands-on experience with various engineering tools and methodologies.

Duties

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Create and analyze schematics to ensure proper assembly and functionality of mechanical systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing practices. Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and implement corrective actions. Oversee the assembly of mechanical components, ensuring adherence to specifications. Integrate robotics into manufacturing processes to enhance automation and productivity. Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and equipment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Experience in lean manufacturing principles and methodologies. Familiarity with welding processes is a plus. Understanding of robotics applications in manufacturing settings is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.
