Our NEXT Polymers division, manufacturer of PVC pipe, is currently looking for candidate for the position of Process Engineer.

Principal Responsibilities

Meeting with production teams to assess existing processes
Preparing process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates
Performing risk assessments
Testing process upgrades and new process systems
Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards
Performing process trials with new materials
Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality
Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process
Providing team members with process documents and standard operating procedures
Monitoring upgrades systems
Develop a root cause corrective action procedure on extrusion trouble shooting
Assist in developing standard startup processing conditions for each pipe size
Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in engineering
Proven work experience as a process engineer
Experience with process and standard operating procedures
High-level knowledge of process engineering software systems
Knowledge in PVC extrusion
Results-oriented
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with CAD and AutoCAD
Experience in troubleshooting and process improvement
Must be flexible an adaptable team player
Ability to adapt to changing situations
Strong communication skills (verbal, written)
Proficient user of common computer applications
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8h00 to 16h30

Salary : According to experience, from 70,000$/year
