The Big Picture





We are actively seeking a Process Engineer II with fixture design and automation experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for medical catheter manufacturing. Key responsibilities include owning the development of processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in process development within the medical device industry.

Impact Through Innovation




Process design: Apply creativity and technical problem-solving skills to solve product design, manufacturing design, human factor/ergonomic challenges. Prepare CAD fixtures, prints, prototypes, drawings, test data, and test reports. Learn and deliver the design, process and manufacturing quality documentations per Quality Management System. Decision-making Authority: Decision-making authority extends to decisions within the scope of assigned work and were supported by ample precedence or clearly defined procedures. Work is reviewed for accuracy, adequacy, and conformance to prescribed standards. Planning Responsibility: Participate in work planning activities with supervisor. Leadership Authority/Supervision Exercised: Some leadership authority may be exercised and technical guidance may be provided to technicians or engineering assistants. Comply with the Health & Safety policies of the company and inform Management of unsafe working conditions. Adheres to all company and quality procedures and policies. Other duties as required.

Your Unique Expertise

Required skills:




Bachelor's degree in engineering, with 1-3 years' experience with manufacturing process design and optimization within a highly regulated environment Demonstrated interest in the Biomedical field (through academic projects, or industry internships) Excellent CAD and fixture design skills Experience with design for machining and for 3D printing Proficient in generating mechanical engineering drawing, following GD&T (ASME Y14.5) standards Excellent analytical and communication skills (both written and oral) Organization and time management skills. Proficient in MS Office Some exposure to material selection for plastics and/or metal alloys
