Key Responsibilities

:

Performs a wide variety of research and/or development engineering or scientific support, laboratory tasks and/or experiments. May also be responsible for media preparation in the research and development area. Performs troubleshooting and calibration of instruments. Weighs, measures and checks materials to ensure batches contain proper ingredients and quantities. Maintains records to comply with regulatory requirements, good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures. May assist with in-process testing to ensure specifications are met. May use CAD hardware and software, CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) machines, programming knowledge, sketches, layouts, or notes provided by R&D engineers. May develop layout methodologies and design physical representation using multiple-technology disciplines. Recommends design or process changes and/ or formulate techniques to enhance performance, manufacturability and reusability. May work with development engineers to create design prototypes and models and troubleshoot prototype and model failures.

May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience. No prior experience required.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $16.11 - $28.20/hr CAD plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
