You ensure proper safety policies and procedures are followed; and you actively participate in health & safety initiatives, taking a lead role in safety optimization in the drive towards zero incidents
• Ability to Work with Excel, Pavilion, MDIxAI, PI Vision and Macros.

As the ideal incumbent, you will:

• Oversee, Develops, organizes, and maintains list of centerlines
• Adjusts centerline ranges (if necessary) by comparing them to best practices
• Monitors instances of non-compliance and determines the necessary follow-up
• Maintain Defect Logger. Track and support defect log reviews with each department.
• Maintain and build recipes in Packaging.
• Maintain and develop work instructions, One point lessons and BOPs
• Monitor, record, and analyze equipment issues and work with internal support personnel as needed
• Based on information shared at DDS meetings; and on current tracking system; liaison with mechanical and electrical coaches to ensure appropriate actions are taken
• Must have a positive attitude while conducting work
• Hold accountability for the communication with employees, as well as management on any changes made to BOPs or Centerlines and updates to digital tools.
• Support all departments through the MDI process
• Develop the continuous improvement spirit through MDI Process
• Must be able to work with confidential information and must keep it confidential
• Must be able to deal with high pressure situations in a positive way
• Must be able to multi-task many items at once
• Work closely with management and team members to achieve production goals
• Additional duties that may be assigned

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Grade 12 or GED mandatory
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Minimum two (2) years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently using effective time management and organizational skills
