Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Education

: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience

: + 3+ years of experience working with AVR- (Applicable Vehicle Regulations).
+ Experience working in Production lines.
+ Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
+ Experience working with and supervising unionized workforce.
+ Understanding of CBA (collective bargaining agreement).

Preferred Requirements

Education

: Bachelor's Degree (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required).

Experience

: + Body shop/stamping/paint/subassembly experience preferred
+ Safety and Quality experience preferred
+ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
+ Knowledge of constraint management principles
+ Microsoft Office knowledge (Word/Excel/Outlook)
+ Prior experience managing a unionized work force
