Our client is a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients worldwide. They are seeking a talented and experienced Process Analytical Technologies (PAT) Senior Scientist to join their dynamic team. If you have a background in science and/or engineering, hands-on experience in PAT development and implementation, expertise in chemometrics and data science, and a passion for innovation in pharmaceutical manufacturing, we want to hear from you.

POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Process Analytical Technologies Senior Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing pharmaceutical manufacturing processes by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and data-driven solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, validate, and implement PAT solutions, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- PAT Development and Implementation: Lead the development, validation, and implementation of Process Analytical Technologies, including equipment qualification, to monitor and control pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Data Analysis and Chemometrics: Utilize your expertise in chemometrics and multivariate data analysis to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets. Apply data science techniques, including machine learning and artificial intelligence, to optimize processes and improve product quality.
- Automation Systems: Demonstrate a strong knowledge of laboratory and plant automation systems to integrate PAT solutions seamlessly into our manufacturing operations.
- Manufacturing Expertise: Apply your knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a particular focus on Bio Drug Product (Bio DP) and Fill Finish manufacturing processes and related unit operations, to drive process improvements and compliance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Control, and Manufacturing, to ensure the successful implementation of PAT solutions.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP) and company standards.
Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in PAT and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance our manufacturing capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ph.D. or Master\'s degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field.
- Proven hands-on experience in the development, validation, and implementation of Process Analytical Technologies in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Strong background in chemometrics and multivariate data analysis, with proficiency in data science techniques, including machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Knowledge of laboratory and plant automation systems, including familiarity with data acquisition and control systems.
- In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically Bio DP and Fill Finish manufacturing processes and related unit operations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
