Summary



We are seeking a motivated and dynamic PRO Supplements Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and sales, with the ability to analyze market trends and manage accounts effectively. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive business growth. A passion for technology sales and the ability to negotiate effectively are essential for success in this position. It is direct to business sales in natural supplements products to practitioners and naturopaths.

Duties



Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. Conduct outside sales activities, including client meetings and presentations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the technical team to provide clients with accurate product information and support. Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Communicate effectively in both English and French to cater to a diverse client base.

Requirements



Proven experience in sales, preferably within natural health supplements to naturopathic doctors, practitioners or others in this field. Residing in the Maritime Provinces. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to analyze data and market conditions to inform sales strategies. Experience in account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools would be an asset. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
