We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Pro Shop Staff. As a vital part of our organization, Pro Shop Staff members play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a positive experience for all golf enthusiasts visiting our facility.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. o Provide information about products, services, and promotions.

Retail Operations:

Maintain a clean and organized pro shop environment. o Stock shelves and displays with merchandise. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

Equipment Knowledge:

Demonstrate a good understanding of golf equipment, apparel, and accessories. Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. Knowledge of golf equipment and terminology is an asset. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, evenings. o Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
