PRO-SHOP ATTENDANT DEPARTMENT: GOLF OPERATIONS REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF GOLF Yellowknife Golf Club, home of the Midnight Classic, offers the north a Full 18 Hole Sand Golf Course. The club includes a vibrant membership, offers public play, and hosts a variety of tournaments throughout the season. Yellowknife Golf Club is seeking the services of a Pro-Shop Attendant for the 2022 season. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working a mix of morning, evening shifts and weekends. Responsibilities
Expected start date: 2023-05-01
- Provide outstanding customer service to all members and guests
- Daily Pro Shop opening and closing duties
- Assist with club tournaments and corporate events
- Daily tee sheet and POS operation using the tee on system
- Sales and merchandising
- Assisting with Power cart fleet and range duties
- Any other tasks that may arise
- Strong Communications Skills
- The ability to solve problems quickly
- Ability to deliver outstanding service to members and guests
- Retail experience an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Leadership skills and be able to multitask
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must possess valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
- Must be 19+ years of age as liquor is sold on premises
- Full time
- 25-35 Hours a week
- 7-8 Hour Shifts
- $19-$20 per hour, based on experience.
