Pro Shop Attendant
Job Description
The role of a Proshop Attendant is to provide the guests of Lebovic Golf Club with "best in class" service in an organized and professional manner. You will be part of a team that works alongside the Professional Staff and Management to provide a memorable golf experience in a welcoming atmosphere and Customer Service. You will be reporting to the Director of Golf.
Provide excellent customer service by answering the phone, emails and booking players
Assist with planning and coordinating Tournaments
Receive shipments and document all incoming products according to company policy.
Maintain cleanliness of the Proshop area at all times.
Ensure company policies and procedures are being followed.
Maintain employment in a safe manner.
Work as a team member and assist Back Shop & other Support Shop staff when needed.
Execute other tasks as directed by Management.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
