Reporting to the Senior Sales Associate and Store Management, you will support the Senior Sales Associate in account management, assisting in client service tasks and learn essential aspects of the appliance industry. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience and accelerate their path to becoming a successful sales associate, with unlimited earning potential. As a key member of our PRO team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, coordinating planning activities, and identifying opportunities to deepen relationships.

How you will make a difference


Business Development



Proactively engage prospective clients through calls, emails, and social media. Prepare sales presentations and materials for client meetings. Manage calendars, communications, and order processing for the Senior Sales Associate. Maintain and organize customer orders, process payments, and confirm customer specs to ensure accuracy and eliminate errors. Assist in tracking KPIs related to client conversion, retention, upsell, and new business development. Support Senior Sales Associate in closing deals and achieving revenue targets.

Project Management



Schedule and attend client calls or meetings with Senior Sales Associate Serve as a point of contact for clients during transactions, ensuring timely updates and high-quality service. Monitor orders, invoices, and delivery timelines; perform site checks and coordinate with clients and supervisors. Act as first point of contact for PRO customers on service inquiries and coordinate resolution with the service team. Maintain and organize customer orders, process payments, and confirm customer specs to ensure accuracy and eliminate errors. Monitor active and pending invoices and track product arrival dates into our warehouse. Document issues and coordinate with service department for resolution. Stay current on product knowledge, competitor activity, and market trends through training and mentorship.

Development



Shadow the Senior Sales Associate on customer appointments when needed. Attend sales training sessions to build product and industry knowledge. Track competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
