Job Description
We're looking for a patient-focused dentist to join our team in a flexible
PRN / overflow capacity
. This role is paid hourly (rate negotiable), with the possibility of a hybrid structure that includes a percentage of production. It's an excellent way to gain hands-on experience, build your clinical confidence, and work alongside experienced colleagues -- all without the pressures of a full associate schedule.You'll step into an established, multicultural practice that values empathy, adaptability, and teamwork. Some days will be steady, others may be quieter, but every shift is an opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow your skills in a supportive environment.
Who We're Looking For
Licensed to practice dentistry in Ontario -- new grads welcome Comfortable with general dentistry and eager to develop further Adaptable, collaborative, and focused on patient care Flexible for scheduled and short-notice coverage Availability for Saturdays; occasional Sundays as part of rotation

Pay: $80.00-$140.00 per hour
