Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join Tiger Academy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Math tutoring and teaching, with a focus on helping students excel in their academic pursuits. This role involves working closely with students of various ages, providing personalized instruction in middle school Math and High school Math. A commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment is essential.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs. Assist students in understanding and mastering concepts in Math as needed. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure comprehension. Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student engagement and confidence. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, including attendance and progress notes.

Qualifications

At least University students with High school diploma. Proven tutoring experience with a strong emphasis on Math is preferred. Teaching experience or classroom experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with students, parents, and staff. A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed academically.
