Assist client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide companionship and emotional support to adult female.
Administer medications as prescribed and assist with care plans.
Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
Assist with mobility needs, including the use of ceiling lift, physical lift and transfers from wheelchair to bed.
Engage clients in social activities and participation in community programs.
Implement daily Physiotherapy range of motion program (training provided) .
Candidate will have access to family wheelchair van for community outings.
Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home health care.
Current first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
Familiarity with patient observation techniques and monitoring vital signs.
Ability to assist with heavy lifting and mobility support.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and other staff.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality.
Awareness of community programs and special events.
