Private Credit Portfolio Operations Analyst

Job Summary:
To better meet current and future client demands in the area of private credit fund administration, we are looking for experienced professionals to join our team. The Private Credit Portfolio Operations Analyst role encompasses portfolio asset creation, trade and data entry, portfolio related data management, reconciliations, fund accounting and ad hoc reporting. Due to our unique client base and diverse service offerings, there will be opportunities to participate in special projects, data migrations as well as workflow design and system enhancements. The position is a back-office role intended for candidates that have experience with fund administration and/or back office operations. Experience in private credit is not required, but would be an asset.
Main Job Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Data entry related to cash, portfolio, and credit facility activity
  • Preparing day to day portfolio reconciliation
  • Processing portfolio asset static data input and maintenance
  • Processing scheduled and unscheduled portfolio transactions
  • Processing credit facility transactions
  • Review external support and reconcile to transactions
  • Collaborate internally and externally to identify and resolve reporting breaks
  • Participate in special projects, data migrations and other initiatives

Education, Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a business discipline
  • 2+ years exposure to back office operations
  • Knowledge of private credit / private equity vehicles
  • Knowledge of bi-lateral and syndicated loan processing
  • Analytical and problem solving skills to assist in resolving issues
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Professional, client-service focus
