Job Description

This position is Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, with a

rotating

Saturday schedule. Hours may very based on business demands.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Picking Customers Priority orders with a scanner Keeping counter and sales area clean Merchandising and showcasing product Filing completed paperwork Assisting customers when necessary Assisting coworkers in picking orders during busy times Other duties as assigned

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Impeccable organizational skills with high attention to detail Time management & multitasking skills Positive attitude and enthusiastic teammate Self-motivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Minimum grade 12 education

required

Candidates should possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn and succeed Knowledge of the plumbing and heating industry or a background in plumbing products would be considered an

asset

Previous customer service experience is considered an

asset
