About the Role

:
As a French/English bilingual Print Operator you coordinate the day-to-day operations, responsible for delivering print services to our clients. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of print operations, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. This position requires strong teamwork skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Essential Job Responsibilities:


Manage workflows and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of assignments and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and deadlines.
Capture performance metrics, including productivity, and work with Supervisor to take corrective action as needed to address any client issues or gaps.
Collaborate with other departments or teams to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, resolve service-related issues, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and job aids to ensure consistency and accuracy in service delivery
Work with on-site Supervisor to recommend proactive solutions or process enhancements to address underlying issues and prevent future occurrences.
Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements related to core services, and to participate in continuous learning and development.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a customer-centric mindset
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive client information.
Perform daily print activities as prime function of role and supporting the mailroom team as needed.

Qualifications:


1 or more years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a client services or operations environment, with demonstrated ability to work alone and with diverse teams.
Proven track record of achieving performance goals and deliver high-quality services to clients.
Excellent communication skills in English and French, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, influence others, and build rapport with clients and team members.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to changing priorities or business needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with print requirements.
Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to core services, with a commitment to compliance and quality assurance.
Previous print experience in a professional environment is required.
The successful candidate will need to be able to pass a security background check.

The role is 37.5 hours per week - 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday inclusive with flexibility for schedule change as needed.
The role requires the ability to lift items of up to 40 lbs.

Surveillez les indicateurs de rendement, notamment la productivite, la qualite et la satisfaction de la clientele, et prenez les mesures correctives necessaires pour resoudre les problemes ou les ecarts de performance.
Collaborer avec d'autres services ou equipes pour coordonner des initiatives inter-fonctionnelles, resoudre les problemes lies au service et mettre en oeuvre des ameliorations de processus pour ameliorer l'efficience et l'efficience.
Elaborer et maintenir des procedures operationnelles normalisees (SOP), du materiel de formation et des aides a l'emploi pour assurer la coherence et l'exactitude de la prestation de services
Analyser les tendances en matiere de prestation de services, identifier les causes profondes des problemes ou defis recurrents et recommander des solutions proactives ou des ameliorations de processus pour resoudre les problemes sous-jacents et prevenir de futures occurrences.
Tenez-vous au courant des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie, des tendances emergentes et des exigences reglementaires liees aux services de base, et partagez des informations ou des connaissances pertinentes avec l'equipe pour promouvoir l'apprentissage et le developpement continus.
Favoriser un environnement de travail positif et collaboratif, favorisant le travail d'equipe, la communication ouverte et un etat d'esprit centre sur le client
Assurer le respect des politiques, des procedures et des exigences reglementaires de l'entreprise, et respecter les normes ethiques et la confidentialite dans le traitement des renseignements personnels des clients.
Assurer la supervision quotidienne des activites d'impression, d'expedition, de reception et de salle de courrier en tant que fonction principale du poste.

Qualifications :


1 ou plusieurs annees d'experience dans un role similaire, de preference dans un environnement de service a la clientele ou d'exploitation, avec une capacite demontree a travailler seul et avec des equipes diverses.
Experience demontree dans la gestion d'equipes pour atteindre des objectifs de rendement et fournir des services de haute qualite aux clients.
Excellentes competences en communication en anglais et en francais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit, avec la capacite d'exprimer clairement des idees, d'influencer les autres et d'etablir des relations avec les clients et les membres de l'equipe.
Capacite de s'epanouir dans un environnement dynamique et en evolution rapide, de hierarchiser les demandes concurrentes et de s'adapter aux priorites changeantes ou aux besoins de l'entreprise.
Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et experience des services d'expedition en ligne.
Connaissance des reglementations, des normes et des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie liees aux services de base, avec un engagement envers la conformite et l'assurance qualite.
Une experience prealable d'impression dans un environnement professionnel est requise.
Le candidat retenu devra etre en mesure de passer une verification des antecedents de securite.
Le poste est de 37.5 heures par semaine, de 7 h a 15 h 30. Du lundi au vendredi inclus avec flexibilite pour changer d'horaire selon les besoins.
Le role requiert la capacite de soulever des objets pesant jusqu'a 40 lb.

The pay range for this position starts at $18.25/hrs ; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered
