Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience on a Komori press with a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in operating press machinery. As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality products while ensuring safety and efficiency in the production process. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!

Duties

Operate and monitor press machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality. Set up and adjust machinery according to specifications for various production runs. Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and any issues encountered. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production efficiency. Safely operate forklifts to move materials and finished products within the warehouse. Assist in packaging and preparing products for shipment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Press Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery. Familiarity with machining processes is a plus. Experience working in a warehouse environment is advantageous. Ability to fabricate parts or components as needed. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Forklift certification is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
