Position Summary

We are seeking an

experienced Printing Operator

to join our production team. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in

flexographic or rotogravure printing

and is dedicated to producing consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain

flexographic or rotogravure

printing presses according to production schedules. Set up jobs, including plate and cylinder installation, ink adjustments, and machine calibration. Perform color matching and ensure print accuracy to customer specifications. Conduct in-process quality checks, monitor print consistency, and record results. Troubleshoot press issues and make necessary mechanical or process adjustments. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and preventive maintenance schedules. Collaborate with the production and QC teams to ensure on-time, high-quality output.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience operating

flexographic or rotogravure

printing presses in a flexible packaging or film environment. Strong understanding of ink systems, substrates, tension control, and color management. Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical and process issues independently. Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain focus during long production runs. Ability to work rotating or fixed shifts as required.
