Purpose


The Print & Mail Services Associate supports Xerox-managed service sites by providing efficient print, mail, and office-related services. This role blends hands-on document production and finishing work with basic client support and workflow coordination.

Primary Responsibilities

Operate digital and color print equipment for document production. Perform mailroom tasks: sorting, delivery, metering, and packaging of incoming/outgoing mail and packages. Use finishing equipment such as laminators, paper cutters, and inserters. Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance of office equipment. Monitor job queues, perform quality checks, and log/report production activities. Assist with file preparation, scanning, archiving, and electronic file management. Interact professionally with clients and end-users; provide support and escalate issues as needed. Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering office/production supplies. Participate in workflow optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Ability to operate and maintain various print and mail equipment. Clear communication skills and a customer service mindset. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods. Bilingual (English/French or other languages) preferred for some locations.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 1 year experience in a print, mail, or customer service role. Post-secondary training in technology, office administration, or print production is a plus.
