Position Description
The Print Coordinator is the central hub of our client's production workflow. This role is responsible for managing print jobs from intake through final delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication across clients, production staff, and vendors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, specialty print environment.

  • Coordinate print jobs from order receipt to completion, ensuring specifications, timelines, and quality standards are met
  • Review job tickets, files, and proofs for accuracy; flag and resolve issues before production
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal production teams, and external vendors
  • Schedule and track jobs through multiple production stages, adjusting priorities as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of job status, materials, and production notes
  • Support estimating, scheduling, and workflow optimization efforts
  • Assist with inventory tracking for paper, inks, and specialty materials
  • Ensure finished products meet quality standards prior to delivery or pickup
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a print coordination role preferred
  • Working knowledge of print processes
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency with job tracking systems, spreadsheets, and basic file management
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a small team
