Your Impact:

You will define product investment strategies for growth, and customer retention, systemically deliver product line capabilities leveraging cloud delivery processes, incorporate cloud technologies like AWS or Azure, and efficiently manage field communication, market feedback, and validation. You will be an evangilist for our products, product lines and portfolios, understanding customer motivations and fostering customer-centric product development solutions that will shape the future and impact lives on a global scale.

What the role offers:

As a Principal Product Manager, you will:

Be recognized as an internal expert, leveraging broad industry expertise and specialized knowledge. Own product line vision and strategy throughout the life cycle, utilizing project management tools for effective execution. Independently manage product lines and intersections with OT Portfolio, demonstrating effective organizational skills that shape function or business unit outcomes. Tackle significant and unique issues with exceptional analytical skills, finding effective solutions. Drive large project teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate complex matters to diverse stakeholders within a broader business context.

What you need to Succeed:

Over 10 yearsB2B enterprise technical product management experience in the healthcare industry Experience with portfolio analysis and management of product lines with multiple products at varying stages of lifecycle Understanding of agile product management and engineering practices with a willingness to roll up the sleeves and do what it takes to define and deliver "innovation that moves the needle" Strong presentation, excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential Ability to speak in front of large audiences, demonstrate product capabilities, and prepare compelling presentation materials Ability to create business plans, communicate verbally and visually and persuasively advocate viewpoints or strategic goals/imperatives Comfortable with change and a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of AI concepts MBA/BComm or equivalent preferred
