Allnorth is seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Construction / Commissioning Scheduler to support the development, tracking, and execution of project schedules for construction and commissioning activities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integration of construction and commissioning schedules, monitoring progress, identifying critical path activities, and proactively addressing potential schedule risks. You will work closely with project managers, field supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling information.

A Day in the Life

Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction and commissioning schedules in Primavera P6 to support project execution. Work collaboratively with project teams to integrate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning schedules into a single, systemized plan. Identify and manage schedule risks by analyzing critical paths and float trends, ensuring project milestones are met. Track progress and performance against the baseline schedule, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions. Interface with project stakeholders--including contractors, field supervisors, and project managers--to validate schedule accuracy and resolve sequencing conflicts. Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and look-ahead forecasts to provide visibility into upcoming work activities. Ensure schedules align with project completion and system turnover strategies, including commissioning and pre-commissioning priorities.

What You'll Bring to the Team

Proven experience as a Construction / Commissioning Scheduler, with expertise in Primavera P6. Must provide own Primavera P6 license. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, system turnover, and commissioning methodologies. Ability to analyze critical path networks, identify risks, and implement schedule mitigations. Familiarity with completion management systems (CMS) and digital documentation tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams. Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with Power BI, Bluebeam, and CMMS/ERP systems is an asset. A commitment to maintaining a high standard of schedule integrity and data accuracy.
