Evaluate student performance regularly and provide timely, detailed feedback to support ongoing progress.

Requirements:
Subject expertise:
Strong command of English, with solid knowledge of reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary instruction.
Educational background:
Bachelor's degree in English Literature or a related discipline with a solid grasp of key literary concepts.
Empathy and patience:
A genuine passion for teaching young learners and guiding their academic and personal growth.
Classroom management:
Skilled at maintaining an organized, engaging, and well-structured learning environment.
