Conduct both small-group classes and individualized lessons for students in Grades 1-8, covering various subjects such as English, Math, and Science.
Design tailored lesson plans that meet each student's specific learning needs and academic level.
Implement engaging, interactive teaching methods to strengthen students' language proficiency and boost their confidence.
Assess student work promptly and offer detailed, constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.
2. Requirements:
Strong subject knowledge:
Excellent command of English, including reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary instruction.
Academic background:
Degree in English literature or a related field with a deep understanding of literary concepts.
Compassionate and patient:
Genuine enthusiasm for teaching young learners and helping them grow academically and personally.
Classroom management skills:
Capable of maintaining an organized, engaging, and well-structured learning atmosphere.
Individualized teaching approach:
Experienced in adapting instructional strategies to suit different learning styles and provide personalized guidance.
