- Realize your professional potential in an environment where you are supported, valued, and recognized as the exceptional provider you have spent your career to become. Join our growing team of NP primary care specialists and help shape a better model of primary care delivery in Alberta.
About Compass Health Services -
Compass Health Services is Alberta's leader in private pay, NP-led, primary healthcare clinics. Our model provides unmatched service, access, and high-quality care delivery within a private primary care practice. Showcasing the exceptional value that experienced NPs bring to each clinical encounter, our primary care specialists are reshaping the model of primary care delivery.
Unlike other private and public clinics hiring NPs, we elevate the care experience of our patients exclusively through independent NP practice. We view the whole healthcare system as a team based care environment. Our clinical support team assists providers and their patients in navigating through the publicly accessible services efficiently, resulting in a reduced workload burden for providers and optimal care coordination for patients.
Our clinic model's success is your opportunity to bring your expertise and passion for exceptional care delivery to Albertans. We invite you, as a leader among your colleagues, to join us as we work together to create a better path to health and wellness for Albertans.
