Join Our Team: Primary Care Physicians Wanted in Grande Prairie

Grande Prairie Primary Care Network (PCN) is seeking two dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physicians to join our team in delivering high-quality care through our Enhanced Access Clinics, including the After-Hours Clinic and the Unattached Complex Care Clinic.

About the Role:

As part of our Enhanced Access initiative, you will play a vital role in improving access to care for patients in Grande Prairie. These positions offer a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide episodic primary care services in the PCN After-Hours Clinic (AHC)

Complete results review and coordinate associated follow-up care for AHC patients

Provide comprehensive team-based primary care support to patients referred to Unattached Complex Care Clinic

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patients

Participate in initiatives aimed at improving access and continuity of care

Relocation Allowance: We offer a relocation allowance of up to $5,000, with a commitment to remain in the position for a minimum of one year.

Qualifications:

Licensed to practice in Alberta and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta.

Strong commitment to patient care and collaborative practice.

Experience in complex care or after-hours settings is an asset.
