Reporting to the Manager, Pricing & Product Data, the Pricing Administrator will work to upkeep cost and price in the ERP through updating Vendor pricing and maintaining accurate selling prices. This role is responsible for timely inputting of changes and maintaining the centralized pricing model across the branch network through validation of markup and sell group information.



What You Will Do:



Input cost figures from Vendors and partners into the ROBINSON's ERP through multiple methods: Manual entry, spreadsheet loading, automation of data-feeds. Validate markups, sell-groups, and ensuring stock and online products have up-to-date pricing Input special buy pricing into buy-matrices and into price-sheet maintenance for items Work with ROBINSON's ERP to update customer pricing data pertaining to branch requests: clean up expired contracts, customer name maintenance, vendor SKUs clean up, sell group clean up Run reports and compile data for team projects Email out sell matrices and contract expiry reports to branch contacts Triage and assign Jira tickets as needed Perform competitor analysis and retail pricing research Support customer price files & online sale pricing matrices Upkeep of Vendor tracking metrics & non-stock website Assist with other team projects as required

Role Requirements:



Post-secondary education in business or equivalent Previous work experience in an office environment Strong computer skills with the ability to analyze and manipulate data using Microsoft Excel Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills Proficient in MS Excel Demonstrated ability to problem solve Knowledge of SKU management and pricing would be considered an asset
