We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Preventative Maintenance Sales Representative to drive growth through the development of long-term service agreements in the BC region. This role is focused on strategic relationship-building with property managers, building owners, and municipal stakeholders to deliver essential fire protection services.
Duties
:
Sell preventative maintenance agreements for the following systems:
Fire alarm systems
Sprinkler systems
Suppression and special hazard systems
Fire extinguishers
Emergency lighting
Monitoring and safety equipment
Leverage existing relationships within the property management, building ownership, and municipal sectors to identify new opportunities
Build long-term, trust-based partnerships with decision-makers in facility management and fire protection planning
Prepare and present detailed service proposals, ensuring code compliance and value-driven solutions
Maintain organized records of all sales activities in line with company policies and CRM standards
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on execution and customer service delivery
Contribute to the overall growth strategy of Fire+ across Canada by adhering to best practices and standardized processes
Requirements
? Proven experience selling preventative maintenance in the fire and life safety industry
? Strong working knowledge of fire codes, standards, and compliance requirements
? Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
? Experience dealing with property managers, municipal officials, and building owners
? Organized, process-oriented, and committed to structured sales execution
? Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-through skills
? A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
