Clark's Supply & Service Inc. is looking to add a Pressure Washer Technician to our team in Warman! The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in servicing oil fired burners, high pressure pumps like pressure washers and hydrovacs, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing high-quality service to our customers. The Pressure Washer Technician is responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of equipment to ensure optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role includes routine inspections, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing necessary repairs, replacing worn parts, and conducting preventative maintenance, all while adhering to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Also required to assist with equipment deliveries and pickups, providing timely and professional service, and may travel on service calls to customer locations. A strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. This position requires maintaining accurate records of repairs and maintenance schedules, while consistently delivering high-quality customer service and building strong customer relationships. Knowledge of small engines, oil fired burners, hydraulics, and pressure systems is critical to performing the duties of this role effectively, with an emphasis on safety in all tasks performed.

Responsibilities:



Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues in various types of equipment.

Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing components to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.

Test and calibrate equipment after repairs to ensure it operates efficiently.

Repair or replace faulty parts such as pumps, hoses, motors, and valves.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment, adhering to company safety protocols and industry regulations.

Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory, ensuring proper documentation of service history.

Ensure all equipment meets safety and operational standards before use.

Deliver and pick up equipment at customer sites, providing professional setup and demonstrations when necessary.

Communicate with customers to ensure proper use of equipment and provide guidance on any operational concerns.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relations.

Travel on service calls to customer locations, addressing any service or maintenance needs.

Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on new equipment to ensure it is ready for use.

Answer phone calls and assist customers with concerns or questions regarding equipment.

Assist with training and overseeing new and existing employees.

Have a 72-96 hour repair turn around time

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:



Proven experience in a related field. Strong technical/mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams including wiring. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Certification or formal training in small engine repair is an asset. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed. Manual dexterity and physical stamina for repairing and maintaining equipment. Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments. Valid drivers license is required.
