Key Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot offset printing presses to ensure top-tier print quality and equipment performance. Set up and adjust press components, including plate cylinders, blanket cylinders, and dampening systems. Monitor ink and water balance, registration, and colour consistency during production runs. Conduct routine and preventive maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs on press equipment. Uphold safety standards and best practices to foster a secure and efficient workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

Direct experience with offset press equipment (e.g., Heidelberg, Komori, or similar models). Solid understanding of offset printing processes, including pre-press preparation, plate making, and calibration. Ability to diagnose and resolve common press issues, including misregistration, ink/water balance challenges, and mechanical faults.

Work Schedule

This full-time, permanent role requires flexibility to work both day and afternoon shifts in order to meet production needs.
