Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of press machines, ensuring high-quality production while adhering to safety standards. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and practical experience in manufacturing processes.

Duties

Operate press brake machines , ensuring precise fabrication of parts. Set up and adjust programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for optimal machine performance. Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to execute production specifications accurately. Conduct quality control checks using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure product specifications are met. Utilize hand tools Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and improve production efficiency. Package finished products for shipment, ensuring they meet quality standards.

Experience

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly as a Press Operator or in a similar role. Proficiency in CNC programming,

Experience with warehouse operations, including forklift operation, is an asset.

Strong understanding of basic math principles for measurements and calculations related to production tasks. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independent problem-solving skills.
