Educational Focus Requirement:
Our program is education-based, with a strong emphasis on early literacy and phonetics. All applicants must be prepared to support and actively engage in teaching foundational reading and language skills (age 3-5 appropriate). A commitment to fostering a learning-rich healthy environment is required.
Duties:
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Use effective teaching strategies to facilitate student learning
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement instructional materials
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom
- Demonstrated leadership skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
