Meeting with client stakeholders to define requirements, qualify leads and discuss solutions
Build and design comprehensive solutions that meet client needs and current budgets
Work closely and support Sales teams on current and future opportunities
Working with our core products that include but not limited to; Storage, Virtualization, Data Protection, Cloud and Hybrid Cloud, Content Management, Automation, and Converged Infrastructure.
Writing proposals, Statement of Work(s) and responding to Request for Proposals/Quotes, and Information (RFP, RFP, RFP) in both commercial and healthcare settings
As part of the Teknicor Sales team, presenting solution designs to customers
Using a variety of tools, understands the customers current infrastructure that allows the PSE to build new upgrades, updates and solutions maximizing current infrastructure and licensing (if possible)
Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers\' business requirements.
Secures from customer technical staff commitments needed to ensure a deal\'s \xe2\x80\x9ctechnical close.\xe2\x80\x9d
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported
Provides coaching and professional development to team member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills
Documenting solutions and willing to lead change within current processes leading to improvement in internal operational workflow (LEAN, SIX SIGMAS, ISO)

Role Qualifications
3-5 years\' work experience in job-related field/ Pre-sales role
3-5 years\' experience in storage and backup infrastructure, DR, virtualization and working with Microsoft technologies (AD, OS, Server OS, clustering, SQL)
3-5 Years of experience in architecture and design of complex storage, compute, and professional services solutions for large data centre environments (HW, SW, and people resources). Familiarity with Cisco and Dell Technologies brand of solutions
Operational Experience in building/supporting and operating IT infrastructure in a commercial or healthcare space.
A penchant for continued learning, innovation and intrinsic drive to solve problems
Superb communication and presentation skills
The ability to ask tough, revealing questions related to the work at hand
Convey your value proposition in a way that is meaningful to your audience
Commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail
Experience with the following would be considered an asset:
Understanding of post-sales and implementation process
Experience in supporting an IT infrastructure enterprise.
