Job Description

Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House is one of Canada's leading breakfast chains, rapidly growing country-wide. We are looking to hire part-time Prep cooks/Dishwashers to our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation and handling, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and portioning ingredients
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
- Assist with meal preparation and plating as needed
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper storage of food items
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a cook is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
