What You'll Be Doing

As a Prep Team Member, you'll work in a temperature-controlled environment (0-4C), where attention to detail and efficiency are key. Your tasks will include:Preparing and portioning a variety of fresh ingredients, such as vegetables, cheeses, sauces, and proteins, according to meal plan specifications. Using kitchen tools and food processing equipment to clean, cut, measure, weigh, and package ingredients into single-portion sizes. Operate and maintain pre-cut dicing and slicing machines to ensure accurate and efficient food processing. Working efficiently within a timed production standard to ensure accuracy and consistency. Maintaining a clean, safe, and food-safe work environment by following health and safety protocols at all times.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking reliable and hard-working individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have:

Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or a high-paced warehouse setting (preferred, but not required) Comfort working in a chilled environment (0-4C) The ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift) The physical capability to lift items up to 44 lbs (20 kg) A strong sense of urgency and the ability to meet tight deadlines
