We're on the hunt for a
Prep & Pasta Cook
to join our kitchen team.Love handmade pasta and fresh, seasonal ingredients? This one's for you.
What you'll do
Daily prep of fresh pasta dough, sauces, and seasonal ingredients Cook and plate pasta dishes to AVPN-level standards (we're serious about quality) Keep a clean, organized station and follow food-safety guidelines Support the team with other prep tasks as needed
What we're looking for
1-2 years of professional kitchen experience (pasta knowledge is a big plus!) Strong knife skills and a love of fresh, from-scratch cooking Team player with good communication and time-management Reliable, positive attitude--even on a busy Saturday night
